In this webinar, Brendan Malvey and Dillon Aisenberg, both attorneys at MG+M The Law Firm, will discuss, through their experience working with design professionals, the contract terms that have become common areas of dispute for land surveyors and civil engineers. This presentation will examine key contract provisions that impact the rights, obligations, and risk exposure for land surveyors and civil engineers. The presentation will offer practical insight regarding identifying legal and business risks in professional services agreements. In addition, the presentation will provide strategies for managing those risks through effective contract review and the negotiation of reasonable contract terms.

Registration Information

Registration Fees: $55/person, $110/up to three people, $165/up to five people for MALSCE members* and $85/person, $170/up to three people, $255/up to five people for non-members.
For group registrations the applicable registration fee will be determined by the membership status of the majority of registrants. Please note that a recording of this webinar will be made available for viewing for a 60-day period.
